Connie FitzPatrick
(Prefers Democratic Party)

Elected Experience: First time candidate with a long history of community involvement and activism.

Other Professional Experience: 8 years of enlisted service in the US Navy, both active duty and in the Reserves, as a Torpedoman’s Mate Third Class. Currently own and operate a small business.

Education: Seattle Central College, and San Diego Mesa College; South Kitsap High School.

Community Service: I’m the third generation of my family to serve in the Navy. A PTA mom and frequent classroom volunteer, I was raised in Port Orchard, and after military service moved to Gig Harbor so my son can grow up in our exceptional region.

Statement: Our communities deserve thoughtful, independent leadership, not partisan politicians. A PTA mom, Navy veteran, and small business owner, I’m committed to service and never back away from a challenge. As your Representative, I’ll stand up for students, veterans, and families-- not special interests. My priorities include fully funding schools and veterans services, keeping guns away from kids and criminals, and addressing our region’s transportation headaches. I’ll demand fairness for small business and middle class taxpayers, phasing out unfair corporate loopholes and lowering property taxes.

Endorsed: Congressman Derek Kilmer, County Councilmember Derek Young, Washington State Labor Council, Washington Conservation Voters.
